We will be providing packs of Haribo so if any children have dietary requirements which means they can’t eat these please let the office ladies know and alternative arrangements can be made.
Please do not send in extra sweets as this caused problems among the children last time.

To raise funds for the school and as entertainment for the children, the PTA have organised a movie afternoon playing Despicable Me (as voted by the children on the School Council) to be shown Friday 2nd February straight after school in the Upper School Hall.
Pick up will be 5pm.
Please buy your tickets from Scopay (available from Friday 19th January), £3 per child which will include a serving of popcorn. Tickets will be limited so please buy early to avoid disappointment.
Parents are welcome to stay and we would welcome extra help too please. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Cath or Gemma via Facebook to let us know if you’ll be attending too.
Please ensure your child has a water bottle that we can refill if needed.
Sorry this Thank you has taken a few days coming, we wanted to be able to tot up the floats and give you all a fairly final figure too.
There were a lot of slots to fill this year but we did it, thanks to all of you that signed up and got involved giving the Christmas Fair an amazing array of stalls, games and activities. There was a great buzz and atmosphere with everyone pitching in, even some extras who stepped in on the day itself as they could see the Bottle Tombola was going crazy! We couldn’t have done it without you all (and your kids) support and donations, and it makes it all worthwhile when you see everyone enjoying themselves. Your help was really appreciated and the Year Group stalls, activities, Grotto, Raffle and catering brought in a lot of profit for the school.
Thank you also to everyone that came along and supported the school on the day by emptying their pockets, a very crucial role!

We raised a fantastic £3283.88 for the school PTA funds. This allows the PTA to give the Teachers an amount to spend on a present for each classroom and Nursery, plus Christmas Crackers and drinks for the Christmas festivities in school.
Other recent fundings include Playground Development, Mathletics Subscriptions and possibly a large amount needed for the school minibus so you can see how important these funds are.

A HUGE Thank you to all the children who put in such great efforts creating posters for the Fair. As you’ll be able to see from the Posters around the school it was really hard to choose the top 3 for the winning Grotto tickets, but the winners are:

The PTA will be printing you an Advance ticket for 11am 2nd December so you can be first in to see Santa in the grotto. No other tickets will be given out in advance, it will be first come first served on the day. Thank you!

The children can bring party clothes to change into on the day and they will be collected from their classroom at 4:30pm as usual.
